Transformation
Transformation focuses on memories of hidden identity in older Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transsexual (LGBT) people. Homosexuality was not decriminalised in the United Kingdom until 1967, therefore if a person revealed their sexuality they could face dismissal, prosecution and prejudice. It is important to remember the people who had to live though a time where freedoms were not as easily attained and to equip the next generation with the knowledge the drive to achieve total equality.
